How we reach it.
A two-story home does not automatically cost extra. Difficult exterior, roof or lift access is assessed and quoted.
Your written quote covers the job.
Your agreed glass, installation, old-glass removal and cleanup. Any additional repairs, access work or applicable charges are explained in the final total before you approve.
The visit is free.
No measurement fee and no obligation to order. We confirm service coverage before booking. Ordinary travel within our confirmed service area is included.
Glass-only replacement is our specialty. Full windows and frames, mirrors and commercial glass receive their own project quotes. We explain your options if your frame needs work.

Will every glass unit cost $249?
No. $249 is our installed starting price for qualifying glass replacements, not a flat rate for every window. We check the size, glass specification, frame and access during your free visit, then give you the final written total.
What if I need several windows fixed?
We measure each glass unit and quote the whole job. You’ll see the price for your actual replacements before you decide. There is no need to calculate a package online.
Can you replace glass with Low-E or grids?
Yes. We check the coating and decorative bars needed for your windows and include the agreed specification in your written quote. Specialty specifications can affect the price.
Is the quote visit really free?
Yes. Your scheduled on-site measurement and quote are free, with no obligation to buy. We confirm your address is in our service area before booking. No glass is ordered until you approve.
Do you replace the glass at the first visit?
The first visit is for measurement and your quote. After you approve, we order your replacement glass. Once it’s ready, we agree on an installation day with you.

WHAT COUNTS AS ONE?
Count glass units.
Not the little squares.
One unit is the sealed double-pane glass we replace. Both panes are included. Top and bottom count as separate units. The decorative bars inside the glass do not add to the count.
