When you contact Billy Goat Glass, we use the information you share to understand your window project, respond to you, and arrange service in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

What you share

The quote form asks for your name, city or ZIP code, service needs, and either an email address or phone number. Window counts, notes, and photos are optional. Please keep photos focused on the windows and avoid including sensitive documents or unrelated personal information.

How a quote request reaches us

Submitting the form sends your details and selected photos through FormSubmit to kingandcastlegroup@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes submissions for delivery and spam protection. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information for its practices. A provider confirmation means the request was processed; email delivery can still be delayed or fail.

We receive an email copy to handle your inquiry and keep relevant service records. A quote request is not a booking or an agreement to purchase. We contact you using the method you select to discuss your project.

Calls and texts

Our call and text links open your device’s phone or messaging app. You choose whether to place the call or send the text. Standard carrier charges may apply. Sending a request does not enroll you in a marketing text campaign.

Website services

Our hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect their services. We have not activated advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Unsubmitted details and photos stay in the current page memory. They are cleared when you reload or close the page. A random request reference links the form to its confirmation; it does not contain your contact details.
